Advanced Granny Turnarounds

We needed to make some slight adjustments to the granny design to make her be actually able to work when we take her into Maya, such as having more defined shoulder and elbow joints for where her arms need to move, and also making the dress longer to cover the knees so we can more easily make her walk without having to sort knee joints etc.
